(a) Develop and implement plantation management plans so as to meet agreed organisational performance objectives within agreed budgets and time-scales;

Reports on whether post harvesting guidelines are observed and recommendations to management to rectify any violations. Visit all harvested fields and note major observations for management attention.
Report on contract milling on every estate. Review of contract milling to note whether they are observed. Liaise with marketing on issues of product sharing
Report on compliance with statutory and other forestry industry requirements. Check relevant statutes and codes (TPF) and ensure conformity.
Report on status of implementation of the overall forestry annual plan of operations.
Do monthly independent review of each Estate on Silviculture and Harvesting operations. Visit all harvested fields and note major observations for management attention.
